First Vintage Chardonnay 2023

A boutique vineyard located in the Bellarine. The vineyard was established in 2018 with two varieties planted, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The terror is volcanic black soil and the vineyard benefits from climatic conditions that come from being located close to Port Phillip Bay. The first vintage of Chardonnay was harvested by hand in 2023 and matured for 12 months in French oak barrels. The wine has been barrel fermented and developed to produce a limited edition Chardonnay. With stone fruit, aromatic notes and spicy oak characters enhanced by the qualities of the Bellarine's maritime climate. As a small but unique wine growing region. A limited production of this first vintage from Seventy Greenhills Estate has been released.
