This limited-release Chardonnay showcases the elegance and purity of the Bellarine region. Planted in 2018 on rich volcanic black soil, the vines thrive in a maritime climate, yielding fruit of exceptional quality.

Handpicked with care, the grapes undergo a wild ferment before maturing  for 12 months in a balanced mix of new and seasoned French oak. Resulting in vibrant stone fruit aromas, subtle oak nuances, and a refined texture, this wine embodies both complexity and finesse.
